Return & Refund Policy

At Nouhavs, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return and refund process as smooth as possible.

This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities in case you are not satisfied with your purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item was delivered within the last 30 days

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

If the return does not meet these conditions, we may refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or assembled chairs

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or video proof for verification.

In such cases, we will:

  • Offer a replacement at no extra charge

  • Or issue a full refund, including shipping costs


4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@nouhavs.com with your order number and reason for the return

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions

  3. Carefully pack the item and ship it to the address provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the error was ours.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order separately.


7. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must go through the return process.
